Out-Document Your Opponent
What I learned fighting a case with no lawyer and no budget.
I once had to seek justice without capital or resources — no lawyer, no budget, just organization and relentless preparation. I had to out-document and out-strategize people with full legal teams.
Note: this is preparation, not legal advice. GreybeardPRO is not a law firm. But the discipline of building a case is something most people are never shown.
Build the timeline first. Every event, every date, every document in chronological order. The side with the cleaner timeline usually controls the narrative.
Label what each piece of evidence proves. A document nobody can connect to a fact is just paper. Tie each one to the point it makes.
Organize for handoff. When you do bring in counsel, an ordered case file compresses their hours — and your bill — dramatically. Preparation is the cheapest leverage you have.
The system has the power to determine your future. Tools change who walks in prepared. That realization is why we build legal infrastructure at all.
